3. Instructions for use of vertical barrier free lifting platform
a. Work according to the specified load, and overload use is strictly prohibited. In special emergency situations, it shall not be overloaded by 10% at most;
b. It is forbidden to carry people on the fixed lifting platform without safety guardrail;
c. Do not move the lifting table during the action and when it is in the rising position;
d. When the lifting platform is working, it is strictly prohibited to make intense artificial shaking on the working platform;
e. It is strictly prohibited to carry out any live working on the workbench;
f. If the working pressure of the lifting table is too high or the sound is abnormal, stop the machine immediately for inspection to avoid serious damage to the lifting table. Refer to troubleshooting for general faults
g. When in use, the wind force shall not be greater than grade 5, and the machine shall not be used in thunderstorm weather.
4. Maintenance and safety instructions
a. Non electrical professionals are not allowed to disassemble electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or wrong connection;
b. When it is necessary to enter the lifting platform for maintenance under the platform, the working platform must be suspended to prevent the platform from falling suddenly. Causing casualties;
c. Non professionals shall not arbitrarily adjust the overflow valve. When each element in the hydraulic system works under the specified pressure, arbitrarily adjusting the overflow valve may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system and unnecessary damage to people, machines and objects;
d. Before unloading any part of the hydraulic system, the pressure must be relieved first to prevent the pressure oil from spraying out and the platform from sliding suddenly;
e. Add some lubricating oil between the corresponding moving parts to prolong the service life of the bearing;
f. Check the oil quality and level of hydraulic oil. The lifting table is raised all the way. In this position, the hydraulic oil level shall be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the box. Check whether the hydraulic press is dark, sticky or has sand and other foreign matters. If any, replace 46# hydraulic oil in time.
