There are 2 different type of platform lifts , one is driven by Threaded rod connected with motor , another type is driven by hydrualic motor which is bit more expensive but have a better proformance during working , it make low noise and more stable . but how to choose which is good for you , it depends on the acutal using condition . if you need it cheap enough and not much requirement on the quality working , then the threaded rod one is a good one , but if you care more about the stablity and nosie control . then the hydrualic is the best .
