When installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism of the family wheelchair lift, care should be taken to ensure that the center line of the slewing mechanism reducer is parallel to the center line of the gear, the meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance should be appropriate. When the motor is overheated, it should be stopped in time and continue to run after troubleshooting. Motor bearings should be well lubricated. The control box, distribution box, etc. should be kept clean regularly, and the dust on the electrical equipment should be cleaned in time. Periodically inspect all wires and cables for damage. Damaged parts should be repaired and replaced in time. The contact surface of each part of the brush should be kept clean, and the pressure of the brush should be adjusted so that the contact area is not less than 50%.
