The reason of platform lifts does not descend:
1. Reason: Failure of the lowering valve troubleshooting method: check whether the lowering valve is energized when the lowering button is pressed. If there is no electricity, try to eliminate it; If there is electricity, eliminate the failure of the lowering valve itself, or replace the lowering valve. The lowering slide valve should be kept clean and lubricated.
2. Reason: The falling speed control valve is out of adjustment. Troubleshooting: adjust the falling speed control valve. If the adjustment is invalid, replace it with a new valve.
If the hydraulic platform lifts fails, replace the hydraulic oil pump below. To replace the oil pump, remove the hydraulic oil tank. Is it dangerous? Will the platform fall directly?
It will not fall under normal circumstances. Because there will be a back pressure valve or balance valve near the lifting cylinder of this lifting mechanism. After the system loses pressure, lock the oil circuit and keep it in place to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. However, it is still dangerous to repair this device when it is lifted in midair. It is best to lower the lifting device to the bottom. When opening the pipeline during repair, air will be mixed. At the same time, you can’t guarantee that the repaired system will work normally as soon as it is turned on. It is suggested that if you don’t have relevant knowledge, don’t make it easy. Professional things should be done by professional people.
